On September 11, 2017, Shawn Alford, a 41-year-old man, was fatally shot while sitting in his vehicle near the intersection of 25th Street and Meinecke Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. when a suspect fired several gunshots into Alford's vehicle, resulting in a fatal gunshot injury.
