On a Sunday afternoon in Milwaukee, tragedy struck the community. Devante Reed, a 20-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot on April 3, 2016. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. outside a residence in the vicinity of 39th and Galena. Reed was pronounced dead at the scene from his injuries.
