On New Year's Day 2022, Timothy Dean Pinson, a 32-year-old male, was found deceased in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 800 block of Cable Car Court, just off Valley Avenue in the Birmingham, Alabama area. Pinson had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was discovered unresponsive inside a silver sedan by a community member arriving home at approximately 7:40 a.m. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel were dispatched to the scene and officially pronounced him deceased.
