In the summer of 2020, a life was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. Tommy Brown, a 49-year-old man, was found shot to death in the middle of a street on July 23rd. The incident occurred in the 8200 block of 4th Avenue North, leaving a community in shock and a family to mourn the loss of a man described as a caring individual and a chef.
