On a Tuesday in late November, the life of 37-year-old Timothy Darius Biffle was tragically cut short. The male victim was found inside a silver Chevrolet Impala that had crashed into a utility pole in the 1700 block of Eastern Valley Road in unincorporated Jefferson County, Alabama, on November 23, 2021. Initially, the scene appeared to be the result of a traffic accident, but first responders soon discovered that Biffle had sustained a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
