Jermaine Francois, a 34-year-old Black/African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot in the early morning hours of January 11, 2017, in the 100 block of East 14th Street. Wilmington police responded shortly after midnight after reports of gunfire and found him wounded at the scene.
