In the late summer of 2021, the life of Artez McGowan Jr., a 21-year-old male, was tragically cut short on August 29th in Birmingham, Alabama. He was the victim of a drive-by shooting in the Pratt City neighborhood. The incident prompted an investigation by local law enforcement, which led to the identification and apprehension of a suspect.
