Angel Esteban Hernandez, 37, was a male whose life ended in the dark early hours of February 28, 2022, on a stretch of Interstate 65 North near the Finley Boulevard exit in Birmingham. Authorities said Birmingham police officers were dispatched about 1:55 a.m. on a report of a person shot, and Hernandez was found inside a Chevrolet Trax that had come to rest in the emergency lane.
