On a late Saturday evening in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 30-year-old Jerrod Excell Turner was tragically cut short. On November 26, 2022, at approximately 6:50 p.m., Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a 911 call about a person shot in the 2800 block of 29th Street Southwest.
