Timothy Wayne Worsham III, a 22-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on December 5, 2022, in Birmingham, Alabama, an innocent victim caught in the crossfire of a running gun battle. The incident unfolded in broad daylight in the 700 block of Springville Road when occupants of two other vehicles opened fire on one another.
