In a heart-wrenching turn of events, six-year-old Jessie Taylor McCormack of Alexandria passed away in January 2023, the victim of a brutal beating. His death marked the second tragedy to strike the family in just a few years, following the 2019 murder of his 18-month-old brother, Enzo McCormack.
