In the early morning hours of April 21, 2024, the Pratt community in Birmingham, Alabama, was disturbed by the sound of gunfire. Responding to the reports at approximately 2:15 a.m., Birmingham Police Department's West Precinct officers arrived at the 10 block of Holt Avenue to a grim scene.
