In the fading daylight of a November evening in Mobile, Alabama, the life of 25-year-old Joseph Evans Jr. was tragically cut short. On November 11, 2024, police responded to a call of a shooting at the Dauphin Gate Apartments on Dauphin Street. There, between two of the apartment buildings, they discovered Evans, who had succumbed to gunshot wounds. Another individual was also injured in the incident but was transported to a local hospital by a private vehicle with non-life-threatening injuries.
