In the early morning hours of October 25, 2024, in Montgomery, Alabama, the lives of two men were tragically cut short. Devin Ligon, a 30-year-old male, and 29-year-old Jeroderick Bell, both residents of Montgomery, were discovered with life-threatening gunshot wounds in the 500 block of North Eastern Boulevard.
