In the early morning hours of August 14, 2024, the life of 34-year-old Miguel De Jesus Ramirez came to a tragic end. A Hispanic male, Ramirez was discovered lying in the front yard of a residence at 1641 1st Street NE in Center Point, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. The time was approximately 6:19 a.m. when deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene, responding to a report of a person shot.
