In the late hours of a summer night in Phenix City, Alabama, the life of 25-year-old Carnell Mobley, a male from Columbus, Georgia, was tragically cut short. On August 3, 2023, gunfire erupted at the Liberty Hills Apartments located on 20th Avenue. When the violence subsided, Mobley had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
