In the early morning hours of February 13, 2023, the life of 42-year-old Ronald Joe Barnett Sr. was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Foley, Alabama. The incident unfolded around 5:10 a.m. when officers from the Foley Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the 200 block of East Berry Avenue.
