In the fading daylight of a Wednesday evening in Dothan, Alabama, the life of 35-year-old Samuel Jeffrey Gray was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On November 9, 2022, in the 800 block of Miles Lane, first responders discovered Gray lying in the middle of the roadway.
