In the early evening of Saturday, October 8, 2022, tragedy struck in the small city of Anniston, Alabama, forever altering the lives of one family. Christian D. Toyer, a 20-year-old male, was found lying in the roadway in the 400 block of W. 29th Street, the victim of a shooting.
