In the fading daylight of September 26, 2022, the life of 34-year-old Korveisha Traneice Jackson, a female native of Selma, Alabama, was tragically cut short in Montgomery. Gunshots shattered the evening peace in the 2400 block of Promwood Loop Drive, leaving Ms. Jackson with fatal injuries. Another individual, a male, was also struck by the gunfire but was expected to survive his wounds.
