In the summer of 2022, the life of 19-year-old Kelis Brenae Cook was tragically cut short in Talladega, Alabama. On the evening of Thursday, July 28, 2022, law enforcement responded to a call of shots fired in the 400 block of East Brignoli Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a chaotic scene.
