In the summer of 2022, a dispute between family members in Dothan, Alabama, escalated to a fatal conclusion, ending the life of 31-year-old William Henry Roberson Jr. On the afternoon of June 14, police responded to a call on North Bell Street where they discovered Roberson lying in the street with a gunshot wound. Emergency medical aid was rendered at the scene before he was transported to a local hospital, where he was ultimately pronounced deceased.
