In the late hours of a Tuesday in Mobile, Alabama, the life of 19-year-old Keith Fredricks was tragically cut short. On February 15, 2022, at approximately 11:37 p.m., police responded to a chaotic scene on Cottage Hill Road where multiple people had been shot.
