In the early hours of November 21, 2021, a violent encounter on a Mobile, Alabama, road claimed the life of 36-year-old Andre Carter, a Black male from Mississippi. Carter, along with 23-year-old Dwan Williams, was found shot to death inside a vehicle on the 6200 block of Rangeline Road.
