In the late summer of 2021, the community of Pelham, Alabama, was shaken by a violent act that claimed the life of 43-year-old Tracy Lee Killingsworth. On the evening of August 31st, an altercation at the Cahaba Valley Trace apartments culminated in gunfire, leaving Killingsworth, a male resident, fatally wounded. Another individual was also injured during the incident but survived.
