Sanchez Quiroz Barbarino, a 29-year-old Hispanic/Latino man, became the center of a grim discovery in Birmingham’s Wylam neighborhood in early June 2007. On June 4, he was found in the back seat of a 2000 Nissan Maxima on the 100 block of Lexington Street, his body described as badly beaten.
