In the early hours of Valentine's Day in 2021, the life of Arthur Harris, a 41-year-old Black male known to his loved ones as 'AJ,' was tragically cut short. At approximately 2:45 a.m. on February 14th, Montgomery police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Karen Road after receiving a report of a shooting.
