In the late hours of a November evening in Valley, Alabama, a dispute at a residence on Glass Road ended in the tragic death of 48-year-old Randal Breland. On November 20, 2020, police responded to a call about a shooting and found Breland with a gunshot wound. He was quickly taken to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
