In Eufaula, Alabama, a man known to many as "Happy," James Happy Williams, a 72-year-old Black / African American male, passed away on October 28, 2020. Born on December 12, 1947, he was a familiar face in the community, having spent his formative years on Petry Street. His early life was filled with the joys of childhood and the camaraderie of sports, where he excelled in both baseball and basketball during his time at T.V. McCoo High School, from which he graduated in 1965.
