Mondrelle Kellogg, a 25-year-old Black man from Birmingham, was killed on October 27, 2020, in the 100 block of Center Street South in the city’s North Titusville area. Late that afternoon, police were sent to the scene on a report of a person shot, and when officers arrived they found him on the ground in front of his car with a gunshot wound.
