In the early morning hours of August 9, 2020, the life of 25-year-old Cortez Fitzgerald Hill was tragically cut short in Dothan, Alabama. At approximately 2:00 a.m., Dothan Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 100 block of West Powell Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Hill unresponsive in his vehicle.
