In the late summer of 2019, the life of 20-year-old Ty-Riq Moon was tragically cut short on a Thursday evening in Montgomery, Alabama. On September 5th, police and fire medics were dispatched to the 3700 block of Madison Avenue around 8:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
