In the predawn hours of a Tuesday in Madison County, Alabama, the quiet of the late night was broken by the discovery of a young man's body. Ralph Parham, a 28-year-old Black male, was found lying in the road at the intersection of Rustic Trail and Francis Amelia Drive shortly before 1:00 a.m. on August 14, 2019.
