In the summer of 2019, a domestic dispute in Birmingham, Alabama, escalated into a tragic act of violence that claimed the life of 28-year-old Jameria Howard. On the night of August 4th, an argument erupted between Howard and her boyfriend, Danny Hagler, at their residence on 30th Street South.
