Brittney Lashawn Junious, 32, a female from Birmingham, was shot on the afternoon of August 3, 2019, after police were called to the 5000 block of Warner Street in the Roosevelt City area at about 3:45 p.m. Officers found her badly wounded on the sidewalk with gunshot injuries to the head and face, and she was rushed to UAB Hospital.
