In Dothan, Alabama, on the evening of March 15, 2019, a tragic turn of events led to the death of 33-year-old Jeremy Rashad Sanders. The male victim was present in the 700 block of Monroe Street where a physical altercation broke out between two women. As Sanders attempted to intervene and de-escalate the fight, one of the women, 23-year-old Suctorah Ty'keymah Duncan, produced a handgun.
