In the light of a Wednesday afternoon, the life of 29-year-old Christopher Rice, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short on October 17, 2018, in Birmingham, Alabama. The city's business district became a crime scene when shots rang out, and Rice was found suffering from a gunshot wound.
