In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 22-year-old Devin Darnell Crowell was tragically cut short. On October 7, 2018, Crowell was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The shooting occurred in the 900 block of Arkadelphia Road.
