Silas Partman, a 23-year-old Black man from Birmingham, Alabama, died after a burst of gunfire shattered the early hours of June 20, 2018, at The Park at Callington apartment complex. Police were called to the property around 1:00 a.m. and found two shooting victims, Partman and an injured woman.
