In the autumn of 2009, a young man's life was tragically cut short on a street in Northeast Washington, D.C. Nineteen-year-old Sarahd Taylor, a male, was shot and killed on the evening of Monday, October 5, 2009. The incident occurred at approximately 9:35 p.m. in front of a residence located at 1513 Benning Road, NE. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Mr. Taylor succumbed to his injuries.
