In the fall of 2017, the life of 21-year-old Carlos Tremaine Peebles Jr., a young father from Mobile, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Thursday, October 19, 2017, a shooting incident unfolded at a Quik Pick convenience store located on St. Stephens Road.
