In the late summer of 2017, the life of Kevin Charles Jones, a 42-year-old White male from Boaz, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Monday, September 25, 2017, a verbal confrontation at a residence on Sunset Trail took a fatal turn. During the argument, Jones was shot.
