On a summer evening in Anniston, Alabama, the life of 30-year-old Anthony Marquarius Fluker was tragically cut short. On July 13, 2017, Fluker was shot on the 400 block of West 29th Street. He was rushed to a local hospital before being airlifted to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead upon arrival.
