In the quiet town of Moundville, Alabama, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of 14-year-old Kaci Rae Mitchell. On January 26, 2017, Kaci, a female, was found deceased in her home, the victim of a violent act that also claimed the life of her mother, 37-year-old Paige Mitchell.
