On April 24, 2016, 18-year-old Harvey Reed was fatally shot at Azalea Pointe Apartments in Mobile, Alabama. Around 4:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Reed in the rear parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
