On a summer evening in 2015, the life of 20-year-old LaGuy A. Allen Jr. was cut tragically short in a fatal shooting. The incident, which also claimed the life of his close friend, 20-year-old Marqez Lafarion Thomas, unfolded on June 8, 2015, outside a gas station in Prichard, Alabama. Both Allen and Thomas were pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
