In the small town of Florala, Alabama, the promise of a bright future was tragically extinguished for 18-year-old Christopher James Brito. A senior at Florala High School, he was on the cusp of graduation with plans to serve his country in the U.S. Marines. Brito, a male, was sadly deprived of these aspirations on April 30, 2015, when his life was cut short by a gunshot wound.
