On an autumn evening in 2014, the life of Kenneth Shane Scott, a 40-year-old male from Valley Head, Alabama, was cut short by a single gunshot. The incident, which took place on October 7th at a residence on County Road 603 in DeKalb County, was the culmination of a heated dispute with another man. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they found Scott deceased.
