In the late hours of a Monday evening in Mobile, Alabama, the life of 32-year-old Charles David Busby was tragically cut short. On January 6, 2014, at approximately 11:35 p.m., police responded to a call of a person shot in the 7500 block of Bellingrath Road. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Busby suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate response from Mobile Fire-Rescue, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
