Do you know who murdered Andre Pee? On a late Sunday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 14-year-old Andre Pee was tragically cut short. On September 24, 2006, at approximately 11:15 pm, Pee and another man, 32-year-old Curtis Watkins, were found shot to death in the 3400 block of 13th Place, SE.
